ABS-CBN's "Maria La Del Barrio" to air on August 15

ABS-CBN in cooperation with Televisa proudly presents "Maria La Del Barrio" which will air this August 15 on Primetime Bida.

Featuring two of the hottest stars, Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee as Maria Hernandez and Luis Dela Vega.

 Also included in the cast, Ms. Angel Aquino as Victoria Montenegro-Dela Vega, mother of Luis. And Ian Veneracion as her husband. Assunta de Rossi plays the mother of Maria.

Comedy Queen Aiai delas Alas takes on a very special role as Casilda, Maria's adoptive mother.

Returning to television is Paw Diaz who plays as Soraya, the woman who stands between Luis and Maria's romamce. Aaron Villaflor also joins the cast as Vladimir who has eyes on Maria.

Other cast members include Jake Roxas, Katya Santos, Gio Alvarez, Atoy Co, Jane Oineza, Badjie Mortiz, and K Brosas.

Shot in Tagaytay and Cavite under the direction of Rory B. Quintos and Richard Somes.

Enchong and Erich tandem has brought about a number of successful series. This would likely another surefire hit series brought to us by ABS-CBN.
